Shalquoir
The Corner Writer
"We have one mouth, two ears, and two eyes. I believe that there is a reason for that."
Shalquoir is the child of Salena, a guardian of dreams, and Albedo, a guardian of physical bodies. Though most of his siblings followed in their parents' footsteps to become guardians of the night, Shalquoir found a different calling: writing and books.

Shalquoir was apparently not just an oddball among his siblings. He was also the strange one among his birth clan. While many of the members of the Wild Beats adored music and constant congregating, he preferred quiet and solitude. Not quite complete solitude, of course. A book or a quill as well as his little glowing pocket mouse friend were, and still are, his constant companions, though if another dragon approaches, he won't send them away.

Quiet, observant, and more than a bit of a writer, Shalquoir has no problem eavesdropping on a conversation that happens to be taking place nearby. Clan gossip, he keeps tucked away in the back of his mind for a time when it may be useful for unraveling a squabble. Stories and histories, though, those make him pull out a fresh piece of parchment, an inkwell, and a quill so that he might read those again at a later time.
