Sapphire is a beautiful lightning guardian who is always at work protecting her Clan. Especially her mate, Noss. She always listens to directions and is one of the only dragons that respects Ignia. She understands how the Clan roles are supposed to be played and will follow her orders to the bitter end. She can shock any dragon to death with her lightning powers and formidable fighting skills.

Sapphire hopes that maybe one day she will get to be head of the guard and takes Anguses place. She thinks she has earned that position after patrolling and guarding the Clan with her familiar, Ruby. She loves Noss with all of her heart, but has no interest in wasting her time on children unless the Clan needs more recruits. She finds her protective lifestyle is good enough.

Born in the Carrion Canyon, Sapphire has always been a lightning dragon at heart, even if her soul wants to live in the shadows. Her parents raised her in the ways of the Stormcatcher, but Orion and Sapphires new habitat of the Foxfire Brambles has led her to have a new understanding of the shadow element and all its glory. When she first tried to enter the camp and was wounded by thick brambles, Noss cared for her and there they fell in love. To this day she still loves him, and knows she always will.
