While every move she makes is poised and graceful to the point of having an effortless sort of elegance, Mercury is actually working very hard at every movement. Nothing she does is done without careful planning and timing. All her life she has tried her best to dance as effortlessly as the wind whirls the snowflakes in the Southern Icefields. Her efforts have led to her being one of the most celebrated dancers in the kingdom. Those lucky enough to attend one of her performances gush and rave over her fluidity and style, how her movements perfectly portray emotions they never thought possible.
Because of her strict practice regimen, Mercury has little time for friends or social gatherings. She is close with other dancers in her troupe, as well as a few of her neighbors, especially Rose and Spica. The odd trio find comfort in one another, and shows that include the three of them are especially popular.
