Hawk likes to live it big. Well, as big as you can in the shadows. He doesn't like people knowing who he is or what he does, but this boy likes to wine and dine. Well, wine and dine on stolen things. More specifically, wine and dine on Iandra's stolen things. Those two are closer than most, they had been chained and abused together under the Matriarch in their old clan. As a pair, they learned to stay in the shadows, to stay quiet, and that the best food is always stolen and never paid for. Even all these years later, he's never given that up. Most of Nightwatch thinks he never will.

As a scout, Hawk is deadly efficient. He knows what to look for (how many, when do shifts rotate, what are the weak points), he knows to get it done quickly, and he knows to never support someone who isn't paying him. If it's a transaction, he can't be blamed or drawn into the fighting. And if it is an under-the-table transaction, nobody needs to know is his name or where he's from.
