9839.png A backwoods hex-mage, Vinculus's magic is less than savory. He sells hexes to dragons and beastkin wishing vengeance and spite upon others, and utilizes blood magic in almost all of his spells. He has moderate success scrying and predicting the future by examining the entrails of small creatures, and has made a few troubling alliances with Serthis near his hovel who provide him with unique poisons and rancid-smelling, bubbling potions of questionable value. Not a dragon to be trifled with, although he is easily tricked. He smells awful.
