According to him and his followers, they used to be a prosper clan who enjoyed living at the edge of Dragonhome, hiding from the rest of the flight and everyone else. They called themselves "The Hourglass Dragons" and some believed they were but a legend. For many years they lived secret traditions and used magic no one had heard about, but now, they finally left the Forgotten Plains to meet the rest of Dragonhome and Sornieth. __________________________ Arriving at the Sanctuary "He saw it in the Sand!" That's what most Hourglass dragons will say about the reasons behind their decision of leaving their "secret" land and joining the rest of the world. So Tempo is their leader, who they believe to be as old as time, a dragon they respect and follow. His powers are indeed noticeable, he can see, hear and whisper through the sand.
