Ironically, I really dislike Coral as a color and his original Poison/Toxin combo he had for 5 years just looked bad. BUT I love Fairelit just the way he is. I'm not sure why past me decided he's a dragon I wanted to buy when I dislike so much about his look but I'm glad I did.
He's always been the dragon I used to write little blurbs for old permas I've decided to sell or exalt. When I sell, I assume they'll be exalted eventually and when I notice they have, I'll write a blurb for 'em. It feels rude to do so on a dragon that's unexalted in someone else's lair, though, so I never write for rehomed dragons that are still active. I also sometimes write them for fodder if there's something about the way they look that inspires me.

For those that, in the past, spent substantial time within Riftwist. Though some have gone forgotten, Fairelit has chosen to record those others still speak of. He strives to record the lives of all who have crossed paths with his home. He enlists the help of Rivera, who paints a portrait of the dragon beside each written entry.

SERENADE -- ____ -- The words are too frayed to make out what was written for this entry, but it's clear from the wear that it's touched often. The small portrait beside the words has faded in color because of this.

RUSTE -- MISSING -- An enthusiastic adventurer who loved the heat and had an intense wanderlust. She often tagged along with other adventurers but never had a consistent party. She left on a quest and hasn’t been seen in years. Muarim is searching for her whereabouts.

HURRICANE -- LEFT -- A traveler pursuing weather research. While Riftwist was in the Starfall Isles, he remained stationed there but was rarely home. When the portal migrated to the Ashfall Waste, he decided to take permanent leave.

NAYRU -- LEFT -- She joined the guard in hopes of climbing their ranks but quickly grew frustrated when she realized the hierarchy they have makes no sense. She departed eventually,
and nobody is really sure where she went.

HEDY -- AMBASSADOR -- Visited Riftwist to spread good will to other dragons. Never intended to stay and left quickly after talking with Aelriana and Falter. She's presumed to have gone on with her mission, but left before it could be confirmed.

DIAMOND -- TRAVELER -- Settled in Riftwist for a few months after retiring from adventuring. He couldn't turn off his need to wander, though, and ultimately decided to leave.

MOONLET -- LEFT -- A familiar face in town. Nobody is quite sure why one day she decided to seek a new purpose. Telling only her mate of her plans, she left without announcement. Treasure had said that it was too hard for her to say goodbye and he never moved on from her absence.

BLOODMOON -- DEAD -- Taken in as a hatchling, she found her home within Riftwist. She had the ability to heal by sacrificing her own lifespan, and only once could she take it too far. Her former mate, Lenneth, still grieves for her.

AYAME -- DEAD -- One of the first to settle in Riftwist, he lived in relative peace. He lived with little excitement and rarely left town. As it grew, however, he became more restless and irate and took to traveling on his own. On one of these ventures, he never came back and his body was eventually discovered. It's assumed he was attacked by Beastclan or another dragon and lacked the ability to defend himself.

GRASSWHISTLE -- MISSING -- An enthusiastic yet somewhat incompetent archaeologist with a passion for what he did. He was careful, thorough, and had a knack for finding buried artifacts but none of his theories ever made sense. On one of his excavations, a magical item caused him to vanish. We’ve searched, but none have found him.

ESPER -- ??? -- It's strange... All of us remember a pure white dragon wandering the town square. She spoke in riddles and we're all fond. But none of us recall her ever being here. And she isn't now.

NETSCIE -- LEFT -- He rarely spoke of his reason for moving into town, but there was a general consensus that he may have been a paladin fighting in the name of the Flamecaller. He never kept a permanent home and moved on in his quests.

DEEPWOOD -- LEFT -- Though not well-known, Deepwood felt a sense of kinship with the mismash of personalities that call Riftwist home. However, she grew restless in wanting something the town just couldn't provide. She soon decided to move on with her life.

DITI -- ??? -- A dragon with the Earth on her shoulders. She was cursed with an affliction that was slowly changing her body into that of a plant. She sought advice from Mira, our doctor, as well as our researchers and magicians. One day, Diti was gone and an evergreen tree had appeared in the town square.

TREASURE -- DEAD -- A dedicated miner with a great eye for the valuable. On an excursion for rare magical stones in the Earth territory, a sudden earthquake caved in the entrance of the mine. Treasure never returned since the event and is presumed to have perished.

MOSCA -- LEFT -- Flighty and feisty, Mosca was always itching for a fight. He encountered a group of mercenaries staying at an inn and after striking up conversation ended up recruited into their ranks. He followed them when they left.

MESSA -- LEFT -- Always a lost soul and suffering from bouts of amnesia, Messa took to spending his time organizing the town’s library. Then, one day, after a night of intently studying his personal journals, he resolved to fulfill his own life's journey rather than laze around with the books.

FROSTHEART -- MISSING -- A very strange thing happened here. When exiting the portal that connects the town to the Ashfall Waste, Frostheart's body was enveloped in a vivid pink glow then disappeared. When we inspected the outside of the portal, she was not there. She was not anywhere.

SPINDRIL -- MISSING -- A somewhat antagonistic dragon that lurked in the alleys and dark corners of Riftwist. Not many knew much about him and even fewer could ever say what became of him. It's certain his disappearance was no accident.

CINDERS -- LEFT -- An eccentric Aether who quite literally crashed into Riftwist one day. The most curious thing is that they claimed they fell from "space" but that's entirely impossible because Riftwist is inside a pocket dimension with nothing existing beyond the town's borders. As curiously as they appeared, they were gone. Left through the portal entrance and into the wider world.
