Softspoken and compassionate, Aysel is a strange fixture in a clan known for its ruthlessness. Strange too is the respect even the sharper warriors give her, but it's well earned. Capable of influencing moods through dreams and slumber, she eases tensions, ensures all dragons wake well rested, soothes nightly worries - all vital in a smaller clan that often scrambles to do everything at once.

She is both generous and impartial - anyone who deserves her help will get it, and the clan has learned not to suggest more malicious uses of her power. Her refusal to favour any one dragon makes her trustworthy enough to offer counsel and hear out conflicts, with little fear of repercussion. After all, her charge is the clan itself, and she is devoted to its success and happiness. What defines a dragon as part of Kairos is hard to pin down, and its leaders err on the side of caution rather than test the limits of Aysel's devotion.

While the more cutthroat clan politics sometimes trouble her, she can't possibly step away from her role in it - especially since she slowly nudges it towards becoming something better.
