Stormecho's Clan

Only those with a purpose survive in Kairos. A harsh statement, but it is a lightning clan, driven by innovation and ambition as much as pragmatic survival, and there are as many purposes as there are dragons. Only those who cannot find a passion, or help with another's are turned away; it is too small and too worn a clan to support drifters, the restless and the easily bored. It has survived the transition of three different leaders, quelling feuds through necessity and familiarity. Every dragon has carved out a place here, and forsaking it now is too close to defeat.

Kairos matches invention with savagery, passionate artistry with ruthless violence. It must be clever enough to be noticed, skilled enough for its work to be valued, strong and sharp enough to defend itself from larger, more methodical clans.

For all its internal politics and harsh outlook, there is trust here, hard-won and treasured. Whatever changes happen within, its alliances remain solid, and infighting quickly subsides. The clan's members are bound by fierce pride and mutual understanding; whatever comes, they are still here.
