Back in the caravan's home in the Ashfall Wastes, Regent runs a hot springs. The springwater is heated by the magma itself. She pulls a large cart along the caravans. It's filled with towels and... chests upon chests of magical ingredients. The caravan's mages make use of these ingredients, using them to conjure up a temporary hot springs anywhere the caravan happens to visit. Regent runs the springs, cooling it off with her wind magic when it gets too hot.
Regent is a simple dragon. She doesn't overcomplicate things, and tends to have a good, basic solution that others overlook. She's friendly and welcoming, and really makes the caravan a home. Many of the caravan's dragons come to Regent to relax in the springs and talk.
She's honest, and warmly regarded by all, but the oldest members of the caravan know there's something she does hide. When she's alone in the moonlight, her wings seem to become transparent and her scales steam. She seems almost dispersed by the wind, and her eyes take on an unnatural glow. They all know better than to mention it to her. Whatever Regent is, it may not be entirely dragon.
