As the clan's resident bard, Balance can be found playing almost anywhere in the lair. Nowhere is safe from their lute, although few actually try to avoid it. Their music is strangely calming to anyone hearing it, so much so that only the most stubborn dragons don't stop to listen wherever they start to play. This can be distracting, however, when they start strumming away during an important meeting or other time when the dragons they're around need to focus

"Balance is a great musician, but they're not a very good singer. They've spent a very long time searching for a partner. A few of their clan mates are very good singers, however those dragons are too busy with their assigned clan roles to help them out most of the time. So they continue their search for the perfect partner, examining each newcomer to the clan carefully to determine whether or not they'll be a good partner."
