______ TL;DR Notes for myself:
- Intellectual dragon, left Water to search for his charge. His Charge ended up being the Clan's lorebook.
- As an ambassador, he is the dragon that assists when gathering in water territories. He brings the book with him when he leaves. He enjoys returning to visit his family.
- If not doing anything related to flight representative duties, he's usually in the Library hanging out with whatever sucker Dragon I put in charge of that.
