Tarot is a gifted fortuneteller, though whether or not he tells the truth depends entirely on how much treasure one is willing to invest in his services. It is said he has predicted the fall of kings and the rise of empires, but his work is shrouded in rumor and mystery. Like most dragons who call the Wood home, he plans to take these secrets to his grave. He is usually consulted before any major decisions on Cecil's part, though he is only able to predict a dragon's future, not an entire clan's.
