Thoughtful, bold, practical

Hjalti is unusually chatty for his species and does the majority of talking for his mate. He is one of the big proponents of having a large and diverse clan, and was responsible for recruiting some of the early members. Diadem the guardian has chosen him as her charge, and he rests easy knowing that she is protecting him.

Hjalti prefers simple clothing, making him stand out among his followers. He will cooperate with Shula on most matters, but that's one he won't budge on. Since the matriarch is a fae a fraction of his size, there are some awkward moments between the two. Inevitably, though, they make up and end up even closer than before.
