Subject 001
Containment Measures -
Subject 001 is to wear a specially designed mask, specifically designed to collect and store anomalous material designated AM-001. (see addendum AM-001) No other Containment measures are necessary as of the writing of this document.

Description -
Subject 001 is a Male Guardian 19.61 meters in length, a wingspan of 21.95 meters, and weighs 8640 KG. Subject 001’s name is Samuel Hayden. Subject-001 is of plague origin.

Subject 001 is covered in plant like growths. Though they appear to be plants on the surface they are actually comprised of a substance similar of that in composition to leg muscles. The only difference is that the cells contain chlorophyll giving them their green color. These growths are fully prehensile. Subject-001 has full control over these growths.

Subject 001 secretes anomalous material designated AM-001 from his tear ducts at a rate of one (1) to two (2) oz per hour. (see addendum AM-001)

Addendums

Addendum 001-1
Subject 001 was a former researcher working as an epidemiologist under the directions of the Plaguebringer. He was exposed to, presumably, AM-001 after an accident. This accident caused subject - 001 to spent between 10 seconds to 2 minutes submerged in Wyrmwood, The exact time is unknown. After surviving his exposure, 001 began to show symptoms of being a AM-001 carrier.

Addendum AM-001 - 1
Anomalous material designated AM-001 - All samples are to be stored in sterile glass vials at °4.4 C. All samples over two weeks old are to be destroyed by any means necessary. Incineration is shown to be an effective means of disposal.

AM-001 initial infection is similar to that of a flesh eating virus. AM-001 consumes all damaged cells in a subject. The signs of this stage is massive internal hemorrhaging and the expulsion of blood via the oral and nasal cavities. The exact way it goes about this without killing the subject is still unknown as any samples collected at this stage are inconclusive.


AM-001 - 1 Cont.
The next stage of the infection is hibernation. If the subject has not passed out due to shock of the initial stage. The virus induces REM sleep. This can last from several minutes to several days depending on the species and size of a dragon. During this stage the skin of subjects forms a sticky membrane consisting of mucus and a highly effective neurotoxin. The neurotoxin has shown to cause paralysis for several days . The exception is subjects who have previously been infected by AM-001.

Stage three of AM-001 infection is rapid regeneration. Little is known about this process other then the fact that AM-001 rebuilds cells that it has consumed, it is theorized that AM-001 uses the materials from the consumption stage to grow and feed new cells.

Stage four of AM-001 infection is the waking stage. Subjects awake, many experienced mild dehydration, none however experience starvation. Observations of before and after treatment weights concludes that subjects lose an average 3% of their body weight during the process. The highest recorded weight loss percentage was in a patient who suffered medical problems due to being grossly overweight. Subject lost roughly 12% of his body mass and suffered no detrimental effects.

Addendum AM-001-2

AM - 001 has exhibited a extremely rare mutation. It is believed that Subject 001 was exposed to one of these mutations. Mutated versions cause infected subjects to gain attributes of the environment around them. Only three examples of AM-001-2 Subjects have been recorded. Audio log 001-1 is an audio log recording recorded during the accident that of subject 001's exposure to AM-001. Subject 001 was in the process of making a audio log on the progress of his research when he ventured too close to the edge of worm wound. The ground supporting him gave way. The following is a transcription of the tape.

"This is day 42 audio log 27 Today's efforts to locate a viable virus have been a total failure. Despite my best efforts I am still unable to find a suitable strain of [DATA EXPUNGED]. I will have to double down on my efforts tomorrow. I can only"

Note - a loud cracking noise followed by a panicked shout is recorded, The audio records an impact as the recorder is thrown by subject 001. The recorder then records a variety of splashing sounds. After approximately 3 minutes of no sounds, a gargling raspy breath can be faintly heard. after 4 minutes of the breathing, the recording ends.
