Carefully, she read the words that lay inscribed upon it, only for a strange wind to begin swirling around her, blowing pages across the room.

"Hmm. Not the most... straightforward of gift. I'll need to thank him." The size difference was the biggest change, from a bulky Guardian to this new form of a Skydancer. She spread her dark wings, admiring how they could be like sky when it turned a beautiful purple hue, stars peering out from the growing darkness. She nodded. This form she preferred far more than that of a Guardian. It seemed her two remaining children adored her new look as well.
