Amaranthine's flying abilities originally bothered her because other hatchlings would poke fun at her, or steal her things and zoom around in the air, out of her reach. You see, Amaranthine learned how to fly later than all her other siblings, and her siblings sure did notice that. This quickly came to a stop, though, because when she finally learned how to fly, she practiced often and is now faster than all of her siblings. However, learning the basics late wasn't a complete disadvantage for her. While everybody else was playing tag in the air, Amaranthine could be found doodling on the dirt using small sticks and stones she finds on the ground, or staring at the scenery from the shore of some lake. This fascinated her, and made her who she was today. She also got the job of a color specialist. If anybody requested a lair redesign, or needs help looking for apparel that suits them, the first person they go to see is Amaranthine. "Let's see... Hue: Blue-green, Saturation: Medium, Value: Low. That would look great on your walls."
