Isana. "Singing stone".

Varlen cannot look away. She's lithe, and dangerous, and the dark shades slither down her body in intricate patterns, and her wings are the most beautiful thing he's ever seen.

"H-hello," he mumbles.

She turns to him and slowly blinks with the larger pair of the eyes while the smaller pair looks at him, bright and intent. Oh. Ooh.

"I know of you. Varlen, right?" Her voice is melodic and eerily clear, even resonant. Singing stone, indeed.

"I... um, yes. Yes, that's me." Oh, brilliant. Now she thinks you're an idiot.

"Nice to meet you. I've heard you're the one in charge of the accomodations in the clan? I am new and do not have any place for myself yet..."

He's stunned, but not enough to stop doing his main job.

"Oh! Sure! Yes, the place... we have some, let me show you - I think this cave will do well for a mirror, it's warm and large enough, this one is similar but a bit too humid, maybe, though a water dragon would love it I'm sure, and this one is nice, too, though it's a bit further from the entrance, and if you want to go out a lot, this one is probably the best... and this one is empty, too, a bit high though so going up may be tricky, otherwise it's really good..."

"The one near the entrance sounds good." She smiles. Sweet Earthshaker, her toungue is blue, too. It's too cute.

"Ah! Sure, feel free to use it, then, do you need help with moving the things?"

"I travel lightly."

She leaves to inspect the cave, and Varlen takes a deep breath.

And freezes.

The cave near the entrance? It's the one right next to his.

"I really like this one! I'm staying here, thank you!" calls Isana from that direction.

Varlen meeps.
