Biography
Chronos is never seen without his trailing storm, always whisking his wings even when idle to keep the clouds circulating around him. Born with weaker wings, the charged storm was part how what inspired him to turn to technology for a way into the skies. Nowdays, he can fly on his own with no assistance, but prefers to retain his beloved storm, the copper plating on his body and his own innate magic keeping it healthy.
When he is cornered, Chronos becomes exceptionally twitchy. He doesn't lash out at all, but will instead attempt to be as meek and mild as possible as a response to stress. Because of this, Khirlia often defends him from other dragons when they take issue with him raining on them or an errant spark from his storm causing problems.
Easily seduced by food and often loud at the table, Chronos is fun to have around dinner time-and an easy sign of a good and healthy gathering, because of his quirk of going quiet in conflict. The best way to make friends with him is to offer him a snack, and perhaps to ignore any lingering dampness he brings with him.
The price of his storm is that he maintains not only his nest, but all the nests around him-thankfully housed in a lovely hollow on top of a waterfall, here he can rest in peace and comfort without worry. Here he only speaks in whispers, due to the connection to the other nest chambers-but hums when all is well, lending an eerie but pleasant feeling to the caverns he maintains.
