Lith is a male Ridgeback with a caring personality. His concern for others would have driven him to a career as a battlefield healer had his magical abilities been less limited. Instead, he makes do with what potions and non-magic-based healing he can find. It must be noted that one would be wise not to underestimate his offensive abilities despite his healing hobby.

Lith's patience with his companions boarders on the unreasonable. He is more likely to tolerate being the butt of a joke or prank than he is to stand up for himself. This is not due to a lack of self-esteem, but rather an aversion to conflict between dragons and a willingness to take onto himself what could be used to burden others. His companions are aware of this trait and try to keep their ribbing to a minimum. He does enjoy a good laugh and loves a long story by firelight.

He is slow to act and often slow to speak. This tends to lead to an assumption by others that he is of low intelligence. He actually possesses rather average intellectual capabilities, but he is naturally ponderous and prefers to measure twice, make blueprints in triplicate, query for a consensus of action, and cut once. His judgement is so rarely wrong that his companions have learned to gamble on trusting his choices over their own in a variety of situations.

Lith would probably be the most suited of the three to a lair-bound life. He desires a family and a stationary clan to protect. However, "most suited" is not the same as suited. Lith finds peace in his wanderings and would grow restless if confined to one place too long, even if it is what a piece of him longs for. That aspect of his personality coupled with his tendency to take the wellbeing of others as his responsibility have launched him on many a quest, often to the aggravation of Grimma and the amusement of Morro. And his attachment to those two will keep him on the battlefield as long as they seek it out.
