xxxxxUnlucky was a Mirror who not only wanted to be Plagueborn, but also refused to listen to Avyuka's lessons. He claims he has "no time to read" since he's part of the surface guard. Toplu, his adopted mother, had tried to convince him to get some sort of education to no avail. Unlucky was just never interested.

xxxxxUnlucky's desire to be Plagueborn while he was Shadowborn had lead to... interesting results. Unlucky put red-tinted goggles over his eyes, which greatly inhibited his ability to use his thermal vision (an excellent trait to have as part of the surface guard). He exaggerated his savage Mirror nature, which lead him to come off as rude to the rest of the Pagfenx. Despite his best attempts to come off as Plagueborn, his Shadow nature shines through with his numerous pranks and talking back to most authority figures.

xxxxxThe only authority figures that Unlucky will listen to are Waratah and Icefur, clan matriarch and patriarch. Orders issued by them are the only things keeping Unlucky from being forced from the Pagfenx. In fact, it's a miracle he hasn't after all these years.
