The Ancient Guardian
Can we bring to fall the giants

He's old. Very old.

People doubt this. He is not the most ancient dragon in the world by far. But he is spiritually. The ancient colossus just smiles and continues on. He stays wherever he finds most interesting. He has seen most of Sornieth by now and likes it that way.

He eventually settled in the space faring clan, having met Gwenyth when the ship had docked. Vortex settled in quickly as a medic and de facto guardian of the ship. No one knows what his Charge is and rumors abound: That they were killed in a war, that the ship is Vortex's Charge. And again Vortex just smiles peacefully.

He still vanished every once in a while, still exploring.
