Notes: Brutal and fierce, she wholeheartedly believes in 'survival of the fittest'. Despite this, and the gargantuan cleaver she keeps tightly strapped between her wings at all times, she will never go out of her way to do harm, seemingly more than content to merely observe situations and let them take their course. Many fear her and her unhinged brother, fearing that the quiet watchers are plotting to unleash horrible diseases upon the clan. Rosacea scoffs quietly at the notion, but never does she refute such claims.
