Tempest and Slade are one of the clan's oldest mating pairs. While many had passed to serve the gods midway through the year, the two skydancers asked Absolem if they could stay. With the guardian's permission, Tempest became the head caretaker of hatchlings while Slade kept his position as a boarder guard.
