"I'm one of the legendary Sky Knights! Draw your blade!"
A member of the Illustrious Sky Knights, he has trained his entire life to defend the Temple of the Sky. Olwen was separated from his parents as an egg and brought to the temple by a senior Knight. It is very unusual for a Coatl to become a Sky Knight; usually only more physically powerful dragon species are able to pass the rigorous test.
Like all Sky Knights, he is an accomplished Swordsman skilled in aerial combat. His prized possessions were both given to him by his mentor: his sky-colored scarf was given to him when he was just a hatchling, and his Valkyrie Blade was bestowed upon him after he was granted entry to the Sky Knights. He is extremely protective of them and never lets them out of his sight.

Despite his apparently cocky attitude, Owlen is anxious to prove himself. After a thief snuck into the Temple of the Sky and stole a precious artifact, he immediately volunteered to single-handedly track down the thief and retrieve the artifact. His search has led him to the Arcane realm. He may be a bit in over his head.
