Biography
While quite shy by nature, Averrose has always adored her family, and so she set out from home at a young age in order to start her own family and her own clan. She started out with humble ambitions, maybe find a nice little cave with another nice fae and have a few clutches of eggs. At the start of her journey, she managed to find that little cave in the land of the Windsinger, a peaceful and loft deity she greatly respected.
However, shortly after making her home there, she returned to the cave one day to find the majority of her space taken up by a somewhat disagreeable guardian named Colarre. Although she pleaded with him to leave him to leave her home as, almost literally, the cave was not big enough for the two of them, he simply laid there, snorted, and refused to move.
Deciding to make due with what she had, Averrose began working around Colarre, expanding the cave bit by bit on her own. She then started talking at - rather than to - him as she worked, occasionally bringing him bits of food as well. Soon enough, she started to see him as a companion and it showed that Colarre felt the same when one day, he suddenly stood up and began breaking through the back wall of her cave, making it a respectable size, large enough to accommodate 10's of dragons. Touched by the gesture, Averrose and Colarre became mates and their first children were born soon after the cave's expansion
Although they still never talk too much, Averrose and Colarre still make fine leaders for Clan Gaulae. Averrose takes care of most of the day to day business such as managing the clan's food supplies and settling minor disputes. Her gentle nature makes her much adored by the dragons who have since joined her, and she has much love for both her children and their descendants.
