Biography

Scorn was the clan’s original progenitor but he never opted to be a leader. Born as a guardian he found that his charge was still out there somewhere. For years he left to go serve the deity of his origins and find the one that would become his charge. A young mirror sent as a hatchling to serve the flamecallers bidding. Scorn took the infant under his wing until the mirror grew into adolescence. He only knew scorn as a father figure and looked up to him as such. The young mirror grew into adulthood and trained for battle in his deity’s name. Conflict arose with an enemy unit. Scorn and his adopted son fought side by side but still the battle ended with a tragic consequence. Scorn’s son had died of his injuries while cradled in his father’s wing, They both knew there was no saving him and just used the last few minutes he had before life had left him.
Devastated, he left his deity and her army behind and fled to find his old clan. He heard they had become nomadic and were in the plaguebringer’s territory at that time. With no desire to lead he did not challenge the reigning female. As time went on the clan moved several more times until they settled in the Icewarder’s domain. A sworn enemy to his former master. The reigning female eventually retired but he still had no desire to lead and had no objections to her son taking over. The clan tolerated Scorn but his desertion of the clan in its blossoming years has made some of the members a bit cold towards him at first. he figured he deserved that though. Eventually he was accepted again and was given a new form to start over. After abandoning his Deity and homeland, a large bounty was placed on his head. Anyone that could bring him back dead or alive, either way paid well. They were looking for a Guardian though, which he no longer bared any resemblance to as a Skydancer. His memories of his adopted son he would hold onto forever no matter how much his form had changed his appearance.
