______ Hailing from the Shadow lands, Pix is one of the oldest dragons within the clan, and Amaranth's first witch. Pix is considered to be a prime authority on matters relating to magic, as she is one of Amaranth's most powerful sorcerers. She is a languid and patient Skydancer, exuding intelligence and wisdom in every movement and every word. Pix is also unexpectedly maternal; she cares a lot about youth, and would put her life on the line to protect the clan's young.

______ Pix served as a foster mother and magical tutor for Spell, the unwanted child of Green and Viola, and noted the young Skydancer's proficiency in magic early on. As such, Pix continued to tutor Spell throughout adolescence, fashioning her into another powerful witch that Amaranth boasts. A while ago, Pix fought Spell's mother Viola, angered at the Skydancer's negligence and lack of care for her own offspring. Spectators noticed how physically powerful Pix is beyond her magic, and even now, Pix is a powerful presence that incites respect and fear among her peers.

______ Pix harbours a severe disdain of Green, and that hatred sparked a bitter distaste for Blue's entire court. Murmur's ascension to power was a welcome change for her- although, she still cannot abide by Green being so heavily involved in the ruling of Amaranth.

______ In the clan, Pix's role is flexible; she created and helps maintain the clan's magical perimeter, but also uses her skills for battle when needed. She is also the ambassador for the Shadow Flight, which means she deals with foreign Shadow dragons and ensures Shadow dragons are treated fairly in Amaranth.
