Cathal was always the soldier of his father, the puppet, the killer and he couldn't care less he never understood the "emotions" of others he didn't understand why he should protect the weak? The concept was senseless in his opinion he protected nobody leaving his live because of somebody worthless for the Clan was really insane and just wrong.
His job was fighting and killing the enemies the thoughtless beasts and he wouldn't do more or less.
Escape...!
He was washing his body at a really small lake to be honest it was more of a puddle.. as the seer of this other Clan living in this area appeared. He would have been concerned about her interrupting his bath but he was curious what she wanted to do so he was silent as she started to speak "Cathal, I have to talk with you", she said using his name besides he was quiet sure that she wasn't able to know it as he didn't talk to others and the only person talking to him was his father.
"I know this might be unusual for you but I have seen your death in my dream and want to prevent it, the only way you might get out of this alive is to flee and search new luck at another Clan."
Something in her eyes made him believe her he couldn't exactly tell what but there was something maybe the wisdom in her eyes telling that she had seen the world die and not just once.
So he slightly nodded and stretched his wings flying over the big water over the west to the south. He made most of his journey without any problems so he wasn't alert enough crossing the little isles that are the border to the ice territory and he was attacked by swimming beasts..
They got him really bad and broke him not only one bone and scratched him really hard over his eyes that blood ran into them he could barely see as he ran as fast as he could lurching and shacking and broke down really fast. His whole sight blurred.
And then he stared into those beautiful eyes.. they were so purple, so pure that his heart stopped beating in this moment and he lost his consciousness.
