Sometimes Wisp seems barely material, as her name suggests. Even though she's quite large, she simply has a way of... blending in. Her quiet personality may have something to do with it, as well as her tendency to whisper.

NEED: Some sort of lace or rune like accent, Potent Silver Runes seems like an option.
