Lightweaver

Amphia City, Duskhill Manor

Anacarhus is flamboyant and couragous. He charges head-first into problems and has been doing so all his life. His friend Nikolas jokes around saying Anacarhus could benefit from a mate to keep him in control. Although, Anacarhus has no interest in romantic relations.

He is a writer at heart and has been writing his memoir since he was a youngling. He maintains an aged-tome that at some point, he plans to publish to the Vesperian public.

He likes to collect all things shiny like him. He keeps a collection of finely-crafted rapiers that he refuses to use for any battle. When he comes home from expeditions, he spends a good few hours polishing his rapier collection and writing.

Prologue

The brightly colored feathers of an elegant skydancer brush against the thin stone walls of the stone fortress he resides in. He lays upon a soft cushion and balances a feather between his claws. In front of him lies a desk made of the finest pine wood in the Tangled Woods. Anacarhus opens an aged, leather-bound tome. Words were scrawled on the previous pages of his tome. On the smooth, stone pages he begins to write the story of his adventures prior to his settling down.

Beginnings of a War Hero

In a prior clan, unknown to Vesperia he was once a warrior. Beasts of the sky attacked a small village he lived in with his family.

A general burst into their small home and with a booming voice announced: "We, the army, look for brave warriors in these trying times."

Those words echo through the mind of the young skydancer, who offered himself as tribute. The general took the young skydancer by the claws to their training facility where he was trained in brutal fashion.

Upon the battlefield surrounded by his own clan, they lie in ditches. They fought hard in a losing battle but Anacarhus didn't want to lose hope. He could recall the general's words that fateful day.

"We, the army, look for brave warriors in these trying times."

Just as he thought the war couldn't get any worse, he watched the general who once recruited him, fall to the ground with the loud clatter of his armor. The general had very little energy to expend, only looking up sadly at young Anacarhus before his eyes closed just as the sun set. A brilliant light warrior vanished into dust and the gentle spring breeze carried his ashes towards the sea, leaving behind his armor.

Anacarhus shed a tear for his fallen general, he fell to the ground in anguish. He was alone, surrounded by empty armor. He felt the deity's blessing surge through his claws, then his wings, all throughout himself. I am a brave warrior for these trying times. With the rise of a claw, he led the remaining army to victory.
