Brandy is an adrenaline junkie, mostly as her way of countering the fact that she feels no emotion. She was adopted as a hatchling and raised in the clan, and as she got older, she got colder. She never acted happy and excitable like most of the other Fae hatchlings, and after a while she started getting bored, making messes of things and otherwise ruining things for everyone else just to entertain herself.
So Hecuba puts her to tasks that suit her best -- stealing stuff. Brandy is a cold intellectual, calculating, an innovative sociopath, and although she is small and might seem unintimidating to the larger breeds of dragon, she makes great sport of constructing elaborate schemes to rob other dragons and sabotage other clans (often with the guidance of Dirk, who is much more skilled with machines and contraptions than she is). She spends her days out on the roads, setting up ambushes to waylay lone travelers, or hunting down clan lairs to steal treasure and occasionally eggs from. She rarely returns home except to drop off her plunder when she amasses enough of it (to be fenced off by Silas or Cortessa, or first made into something nicer and less recognizable by Rosula), and perhaps gather some materials to aid her thievery. She also spends a lot of her clan time flirting with Skellington, who she likes to tease.
Although Brandy does not usually try to kill her targets, she has been expressing heightened interest in Ashan's poison brews. Many of her purer-of-heart clanmates have started warning Hecuba to keep a closer eye on her. More treasure is one thing, but the clan really doesn't want to be responsible for unnecessary deaths.
