Undyne

Formerly a resident of Light territory, Undyne's rash nature didn't lead her to enjoy the peace and calm of the Sunbeam Ruins. Travelling far from her former home, she set out to prove herself as a true warrior, fighting all who dared to so much as look at her wrong, whether dragon or Beastclan. This caused her to become a fearsome fighter, but she was not a dragon looked upon in high regard. Other Light dragons found that she was too bloodthirsty and fierce to fit in, while the residents in surrounding locations either fled or fought her until she gave in. After a few months of this, she became dissatisfied, and realized what she had been doing was harming other dragons for no apparent reason other than her urge to fight. Calming down considerably, Undyne found herself unhappy about her actions, and she decided to fly to the other side of the continent. Her Spiral abilities helped, and though her crystalline scales stood out among the Tangled Wood, she eventually found herself in Arcane territory after being chased out. Eventually, she became weak from exhaustion and collapsed, spiraling out of the clouds and to the edge of the Crystalspines. Undyne kept on walking, cloaked in nothing but a scrap of fabric she salvaged from the Tangled Wood, and surviving on insects alone. Rumors of the Spiral who fought not with magic but with tooth and claw hadn't reached as far as Arcane territory, so when she finally stumbled upon the edge of a lair, she was welcomed in with open arms. This consisted of the Imperial Mika and her companion Ailani, of the lightning and plague elements, respectively. Undyne was run ragged, and they extended their hospitality, despite some doubts by Mika. Ailani was more than happy to offer spare food, and they eventually bonded and became close companions. Undyne was dissatisfied with remaining in one lair, and the pair claimed that they sought out a clan. Forward they went, with the protection of the massive dragons, she eventually spotted a small settlement underneath one of the mountains.

And this was Clan Crystalfang. Kazeko welcomed them in after some suspicion due to Ailani's plague ancestry, however Mika talked her into allowing them to stay. Undyne proclaimed she would demonstrate her skills, and challenged the matriarch to a fight. While the battle was close, Kazeko eventually won after causing Undyne to knock into a boulder, and while she was upset and wary at the challenge in the first place, she was impressed with Undyne's fighting talent. Offering to let her be the clan warrior and journey around the land to help fight the Beastclans, Undyne learned how to control her temper and mannerisms under Kazeko's patient tutelage. Now, she holds respect for the Fae leader, and the two have become as close as her and Ailani and Mika. Undyne also finally had a place she could call her home, and was even revered among her clan, proving herself and eventually taking the spot of main warrior, where she trains recruits to defend the clan.
