The hirer and Master Healer

- The Second Regiment's leader, and master. The library and members of the regiment are his wards.
- Not only does he handle basic affairs in the finding and retrieval of relics and artifacts, he is the one to be at the vanguard of their testing, his bionic arms an excellent asset in catching and stopping runaway pieces of artifact headed for others should an experiment go wrong. It usually does.
- Lost his arms when he was a little kid - they're more or less stumps just after the shoulders, healed well enough that scarring isn't too bad. How it happened was an absolute nightmare and he not only refuses to talk about it because it hurts to talk or even think about it, but also because it would be equally as horrific for those listening in.
- Has a little bit of insecurity about the arms themselves. Refuses to let himself be considered an inferior Mage just because his arms aren't actual arms. Thus, he's advanced himself well beyond what would be anticipated from a healer Mage, becoming known as the best healer around. He has yet to be dethroned from that.
