Vernal was a troubled hatchling with a life of normalcy. His parents were kind yet stern, his siblings, all exploding with different personalities. He himself was a wanderer, even as a child, always becoming lost in the Sunbeam Ruins, even though there weren’t many places to disappear to. He was one of the biggest problems that his parents had to deal with, which led him to having no room to express himself. Eventually, he just drifted off one day and nobody came looking for him. He didn’t think of it as a huge deal that his mother and father gave him up, considering they spent most of their time managing his brothers and sisters anyway. He was later discovered behind a mysterious door by his new Clan leader, Onoind. Loud-mouthed and excitable, Vernal is a very active dragon within the Clan. Whereas he had no room to tell anything to anyone in his previous life, he is thoroughly heard in his new. He will often disappear to places to return with new tales to tell, always making them seem far more interesting, like running into a wild manticore, whilst all he did was take a walk and pick up some plants for the vegetarians. He’s always strutting around the area impatiently, as if waiting for his role to be called in. As a gatherer, Vernal is incredibly loud, which is why he often has problems with the hunting aspect. You can always find him striding around with a grin plastered on his face, and with a new and usually younger victim for his eccentric stories. Whilst Vernal has never had children of his own, you can often find him attempting to talk up some of the ladies. He’s unusually meek when trying to fluster one who doesn’t belong to the same Clan, some would say his approach is even on the quiet side. His very prone to turn as red as cherry when complimented for his awkwardness, and ends up shrinking into a ball and stalking off with his head hanging low. Yet his determination is always renewed the next day-- it’s a wonder if he’ll ever give up. When Vernal isn’t trotting around for no good reason or mumbling to a dragoness, he is often spilling off his entire thoughts to a specific Fae. This one-sided conversation can often go on for hours, whilst the other party will rarely even blink, much less smile of all things. Despite this, Vernal always comes out with saying that he and Bloodmoon are great pals and can list off each other’s aspects. And he really can! Those who gossip about the two’s relationship will often find their own secrets flying around the Clan the next day.
