Biography
Peony is a gentle and graceful skydancer who left her Light flight home to join Sycamore’s forest clan in the Earth flight territory. With her gentle nature and tree-like feathers, she easily fit right in with the other plant like dragons of the forest clan. Her fondness for plants granted her the place as the clan’s gardener and Peony can often be found taking care of the plants in the forest to keep them lush and green. She can often be heard singing or talking to them, which seems to help them grow even bigger and healthier than normal.
Of course she wasn’t always set out to find this clan, one day while she was searching for a new home she found a wandering tundra with a mail bag. Being the friendly skydancer she was, Peony flew down nearby and walked over to him, asking if he knew of anywhere she could rest. He offered to take her back to his clan, which wasn’t far, and the two continued travelling through the Earth flight’s territory as the tundra, or Alpine as he called himself, told her about the forest he grew up in. Intrigued by this place Alpine called home, Peony wasn’t disappointed to see the beautiful forest as it came into sight.
After gaining the forest clan’s leader, Sycamore’s, approval, Peony was allowed to rest. Alpine gave her company and told her more about this clan he was given to and her interest rose. She spoke with Sycamore about taking a place permanently in the clan the next day and gained the position as the clan’s gardener, a job she took lovingly. Alpine seemed especially happy that she was staying in the clan too and the two soon became mates after their bond grew stronger. Even Alpine’s travels don’t tear them apart, as Peony and her mate both know that they will always reunite.
