Ex-surgeon, psychiatrist, brilliant chef, cannibal.
Traumatized by his sister's death, he hunted, killed and then ate her murderers. He then studied to become a doctor and surgeon, and later became a psychiatrist. He "eats the rude" and generally dragons that annoy him. Well, he's stopped cannibalism now that he joined the Chiroptera Cult; at least that's the official version of the story, the one told to visitors and outsiders, but none of his denmates questions the meat he brings back from his travels "to find luxury products and exotic meat". And everybody enjoys his delicious meals...
