A rowdy smooth-talking gambler, Scarab can talk his way out of any situation (which is often a necessity). A gambler by day and a cunning thief by night, Scarab will be the first one to admit that he makes a living through rather dishonest means. He can easily get past a dragon's guard, cajoling them into a quick game of cards or dice during which he will relieve them of sensitive information, their coin purse or both. While stealing and gambling are plenty of fun they don't always lead to the wealthiest life style.

Scarab also doubles as an information dealer, selling scraps of knowledge to various clans uncaring of the outcome as long as he gets paid. Never staying in one place for long he doesn't really form any strong bonds preferring instead to settle down with an (un)lucky lady or gentleman for the night. In the morning he departs refreshed and just a little bit richer. Despite his rather flippant exterior Scarab is very well read. He speaks fluent traditional Draconian as well as the native Coatl tongue. He is a relatively adept medic and great at sleight of hand tricks (which come in handy when he's in a pinch). Though his means of making a living may not be the best he enjoys living precariously, feeling the rush of being chased out of town or conning others out of their possessions.

Exalting Scarab to the service of the Gladekeeper will remove them from your lair forever. They will leave behind a small sum of riches that they have accumulated. This action is irreversible.
