Typhos

Typhos is Clan Ira's lead herb gatherer and cultivator, and works closely with Ifrit. The young healer informs him of plants they require, and if he doesn't already have them growing, he finds enough to fill the stocks as well as a healthy sample for himself, so he might begin growing the supply. He also tests the effects of unfamiliar plants, and helps the clan keep a list of dangerous plants to avoid.

Typhos' den is kept stiflingly hot and humid for sake of his greenhouse, but the coatl doesn't seem to mind one bit, his breed allowing him to ignore the heat. With the help of Orsi, he keeps bright, magic fireflies within jars around his den. They serve as light for his plants, providing them with as much light as they want, but never too much.

While the coatl is amiable, he tends to stick largely to himself and his studies, often spending many days at a time in the nearby forests in search of new plants and simply communing with nature. His passion can be attributed to his hatchlinghood in Lightning territory, where he never saw a single living tree.
