Pineapple is one of the most delicious tropical fruit among all other fruits exist in this world. It can be eaten fresh or it can be incorporated into some dishes. Of course, another popular use of pineapple is by drinking juice. Pineapple is known to be very juicy and delicious, they are also great for consumption as they are loaded with vitamins and minerals.

Vitamins present in this fruit are vitamin C, vitamin B1 and vitamin B6. Minerals found in pineapple include manganese, copper and magnesium. The fruit also contains a large amounts of dietary fiber.

Pineapple also has the ability to treat inflammation. Pineapple is a very strong anti-inflammatory food. Bromelain found in pineapple is used to reduce bruising and swelling that may have occurred as a result of injury or surgery. It is also used to kill pain resulting from arthritis and inflammation as a result of the condition. Pineapple has other advantages and can be consumed in order to treat pneumonia, bronchitis and mitigation of cough and phlegm.

Vitamin C in pineapples also helps to prevent damage to the body caused by free radicals. This helps to protect the body from atherosclerosis, cancer and cardiovascular diseases. Also, vitamin C helps the proper functioning of the immune system.

Pineapple help a lot in energy production. This is enabled by the presence of manganese and thiamine in pineapple, which are quite essential for energy production. Pineapple also helps to maintain health of bones. This is facilitated by the presence of manganese in pineapple.
