Lore Keeper
“They say the eyes are the windows to the soul. Hers were more like steel-reinforced security doors.”


Cloverpuff knows many secrets, but she has never let a single one of them past her lips. It’s part of her services, you see, as the clan’s lore master and secret-keeper. It’s her job to keep tabs on every single dragon in the clan, and to record the clan’s history for future generations. She has a perfect, photographic memory, which aids her in her job.

Although some of them were suspicious of her at first, the dragons of this clan have grown to trust Cloverpuff without reservation over the years. Her little office is a friendly place for every dragon to tell their story. She keeps all sorts of sweets around to tempt even the pickiest of eaters— cookies, cakes, and all sorts of loose-leaf tea. It’s almost more of a receiving parlor than a lair-keeper’s office. It’s a nice place for dragons to just sit down and talk with her.

She keeps all of the information she’s ever gained in a series of leather-bound books. She has rooms and rooms full of them, which were granted to her by the clan’s leader, Moonshine.

However, it’s hard work keeping all that information and Clover just can’t do it alone. That’s why she hired an assistant to help her out. The little Fae, Drift, recently started working with Cloverpuff to help organize the lore books and keep everything in its proper place. While Clover works tirelessly, writing day and night, Drift works on the small details. It’s a nice system, and one that works well for them both.
