Emsyria

Emsyria was the product of Shelly's last illegitimate mate. Her father was overbearing and noticeably absent, and her mother was noticeably present in those first few days after her hatch. She didn't get to know the guardian very well, but she knew she took after him in coloration and in breed. Her mother tried not to notice, but it took a toll on both of them. When they returned, another strange quality from her father's line presented itself in Emsyria: she was a seer. Hari, who was close to her in age, recognized the signs and helped to train her. It was much later on when she began to take interest in finding a mate, and found true love in the magic-infused Cadel.

This guardian is heartbreakingly sweet and selfless, despite her torturous visions. She considers the entire clan her charge and tries to protect them and be there for them the best she can from the sights of future decimation and trouble that appear to her. Her humble nature is quite different from the hostile, imperious aura she adopts when approached by strangers or threatened. Even though Emsyria believes herself to be impenetrable and polished, she is quite vulnerable and young and isn't aware of the natural limitations she has.
