Houdini is always up for a show.

Having been born to a trope of traveling circus mages, Houdini quickly learned many ticks and wonder to share, and how to easily captivate a crowd. Many awed at his routines, and his specialty for being able to escape almost any containment presented to him. Many clans gave cages, or traps for Houdini to escape, all of which he managed in a matter of minutes.

It was almost as though he was able to just faze through the many things binding and containing him.
