Calera is... a special one. Born of a forest spirit, she lost her mother before reaching adulthood and it scarred her for many years to come. She grew up in a peaceful piece of land, her mother being this calm and admired entity whom she wanted to imitate. When her mother died in a rough territorial war that took away their forest from her family, she was saved by the nearby clan, that took care of her and gave her a new home.
When the sadness began to fade, all that was left was bitterness and a strong need for vengeance.
Calera is chatty, elegant-looking, and quite on the pretty side - everything she needs for people to trust and listen to her.
Passionate about maps of all kinds, she became a cartographer for the clan and began patrolling among the military forces to be able to write down and draw all of the territory's borders. Though, don't mistake her as frail just because she's surrounded by the defense forces - she's absolutely able to defend herself if needed, and won't hesitate to use spells of plague on whoever tries to bother her.
During one specific patrol, she wandered a bit far away from the soldiers and walked alone around the borders - when she met an odd-looking dragon. Raknis told her name to the cartographer and said she was not a threat, for she was only interested in infiltrating the soldiers' base. Calera was not fully convinced and wanted to know what she would gain by letting her find the base... Raknis reached for a leather bag she was carrying and took out cards that shined in a weird glow. She explained that these cards, if offered to anyone unaware of their power, could control the mind of their carrier... She offered to split her deck of cards with her if she let her find the soldiers, and the deal was sealed.
Now in possession of these supposedly mind-controlling cards, Calera had to find out if she had been scammed or not. Nyavka is the first prey she came across and decided to see if she could make a forest spirit out of her, to replace her mother, and forever defend the forest from harm. Soon joined by Tagsatzung, both dragons can now be seen roaming ghostly in the woods, violently defending it from intruders...
