“Be as fast as the light.”


It was Caleb’s exhibition of strength at the ‘Young and Promising Warriors Gathering’ that first secured him a place in the Astheryl Clan. His prowess in battle, fortitude and prudence proved his true worth to the surrounding spectators as he fought to the best of his abilities. The clan’s chieftain, Cymeri, was present at the time of his demonstration, and was the one to recruit him for a position in his small clan. He now serves as a guard, using his attributes and expertise to ward off any impending threats. Other than his superb mêlée skills, this charismatic spiral also possesses an almost reckless passion for speed. Years of tasting the air on his wings and the clouds on his tongue has left him the fastest dragon in the clan. He is a significant member of the clan, and is slowly working up the ranks with the hope of becoming the captain of the guard.

He met his mate, Stellar, during one of her movie productions. Sent to an unfamiliar light territory in search of a rogue beast, he accidentally stumbled onto the stage during in the middle of filming. At first his humiliation was palpable, seeping out of his scales in various red hues. But after meeting the star of the production, the beautiful actress, Stellar, he was too entranced by her compassionate nature to pay his past mishap any mind. She too seemed to be taken with his natural flare for manners, and charming personality, and it wasn’t long before she was caught up between her love for Caleb and her passion for the stage. Taking the decision upon herself, she bid farewell to her past life and settled into a new one, by Caleb’s side. Whilst he still bears the burden of guilt for being the sole cause of Stellar’s retirement, he’s also incredibly grateful for the time he is able to spend with his mate, especially before marching into battle.
