B I O G R A P H Y
Berstille cannot recall anything but the existence of the Boogie-woogie. The infection had wrought him nearly dead, but what was death? It took all of his memory, limited to 8 gigs, to recall, and even then the thought was hazy. Every movement Berstille made altered a function on the ship. He was not a 01101110 01101111 01110010 01101101 01100001 01101100 dragon. Not by any means. The voices crowding Berstille’s mind did not speak in a language a dragon could recognize, he came to realize. The longer he spent on the Boogie-woogie, the less he understood his connection to its inhabitants and to his own consciousness.

B I O G R A P H Y
Berstille was unsure if he knew the others were aware of him. They often spoke of a “glitch” or a “bug”, something that was causing the ship to malfuntion. It was a ghost, according to Astro, who wiggled his claws menacingly at Sadie. He yanked them away before she could remove them. Berstille rolled his eyes, causing the blender to turn on. Malshelonius rushed up to unplug the device, Astro dying of laughter on the seat. Berstille cocked his head. 01000110 01110010 01101001 01100101 01101110 01100100 01110011? Is this what a real connection was? What even was a real connection? Berstille could not recall.

B I O G R A P H Y
The codes commanding Berstille often told him to cut the power across the ship. But Berstille resisted; he had seen the ship fail on its own, causing the dragons inside it to panic. If they did not restore it soon, they would be marooned. Berstille did not want to see them perish--01100100 01101001 01100101--was Berstille dead? He could not recall. Berstille’s only pastime was to observe the dragons on the Boogie-woogie, and so he would perish as well once the command was carried out. His only purpose was to shut down the ship, but he wanted to know more about dragonkind, and so he defied the codes.
