Sweaters. She knew she'd seen someone hauling a box of them in here.

Mere moments before The Song Bird relaunched, Mary sneaked aboard. It was an especially cold day, and the sickly dragon was desperate for an extra layer of warmth. She certainly wasn’t above stealing some apparel from the pathetic, stranded Wind clan.

Startled by the sudden whirr and groan of the propellers and pumps starting up after so long of their inanimate state, Mary took cover among the crates, clutching her stolen sweater close. Seriously? What rotten luck was this? She'd been watching the downed airship for months, and it hadn't budged at all in that time. And it had to be taking off now?

Afraid the dragons the ship belonged to would reclaim the sweater, she stayed hidden in their storage compartment... surely she could escape unseen once they landed. But her plans were foiled when Borderline and Skrantsi came looking for a new bag of sunflower seeds for the Streaks and discovered her stealing a quick snack of crunchy moth legs.

They didn't react as negatively as she expected, and when she was brought before the rest of the clan to explain herself, they readily agreed she could stay until they'd safely crossed the border.

Or forever.

Forever sounded nice.
The Cloudsong:
Life in the Cloudsong was much easier than scraping by all on her lonesome in the Wasteland, what's even better is that Diaval is here. And with Amma Rite providing her with an endless supply of sweaters, what could be better? Learning to knit herself, of course! Delight of delights, Azurite is teaching her.

She's also hit it off pretty well with Frostwynd and Dreamfyre, though their daughter, Leaper, seems to enjoy causing her grief.
