Talis has spent most of their time on the roads. At a young age, they were extremely fascinated by the magic and strength of science, and quickly began to familiarize themselves with the art of alchemy. As they grew, they came to know Baldwin, who could see their natural talents with the science, and took the young Wildclaw on as an apprentice. After spending a few years traveling and working under Baldwin, they decided it was time to make their own way through the world, and their lust for adventure took them far and wide. They met their companion, Dinah by chance when the smaller animal was being sold as a "mysterious egg" by a wondering sales dragon that Talis took upon themselves to hatch. They have enjoyed collecting small carvings and trinkets from their journey that they store in a pouch gifted to them as a hatchling, and they can be easily coerced into telling the stories behind every item. They prefer night time, cooler weather, and dark caves. By nature Talis can become rowdy and violent, but years of practice have helped them keep their temper in check. They are loyal to friends, but their need for balance and justice often leads them to follow what is right over what those around them wish for. They are happiest when quiet, and can often be found curled up amongst the reeds with a candle and a snack with their familiar.
