Kido

"So what do you think of this heat, and our values that so happen to meet?"

Upon first meeting Kido, it's easy to mistake her for cold and menacing-- Which, yes, she may seem like that to most people. Of course, that's not all there is to her. As a dragon who's suffered multiple losses, she tries her hardest to be strong for both her own sake, as well as for those that she cares so much for; her siblings. Several can easily describe her as motherly, and others find it difficult to avoid her cold and piercing glare-- But, nonetheless, she still cares a whole awful lot for her siblings and friends-- For her entire 'Gang', actually.

Many would have called Kido lucky when she was so much younger-- Her first family had been rather wealthy. As a matter of fact, she would have considered herself lucky, if not for one thing; she stuck out like a sore thumb. She looked nothing like her father, nor the woman that she called her mother-- Not even her sister had an resemblance to her. Even to those on the outside, it was obvious; Tsubomi Kido had been a 'mistake.' The accidental product of one of her father's affairs. And, oh was she almost constantly reminded of this fact-- It wasn't uncommon for her to hear some sort of cutting remark-- Something that made her feel so much lesser when she was compared to the rest of her family. ... All she wanted was to disappear.

And that's when it happened; the lair that her family had been living in had caught fire. She and her elder sister were trapped, and both were consumed by the flames-- By some miracle, Tsubomi was the only one to survive the blaze, which had been caused by her father after he had lost their fortune.

Sent to live elsewhere, Kido met two other dragons, both of which who were slightly younger than her; Shuuya and Kousuke. It was also during this time that she learned of the ability she had gained, though she considered it more of a curse at the time-- She got her wish; she could disappear. The other two also had strange powers of their own, which they developed after a sort of near-death-- Or perhaps it had been death? Who knows.

Eventually the three of them were adopted by a loving family, until tragedy struck. Their 'mother' died while out researching with their 'father', and not long after, their eldest sister, Ayano, committed suicide. At that point, as to not be a burden on their father, the three of them ran away-- Which is when they 'formed' the Mekakushi Dan, or "Blindfold Gang." An organization that hides the eyes... With Kido as their leader, there was no way anyone could stop them. ... Right?
