Sailor was one of the first members of the Azure Seas Clan. He met Moon while the dragon was looking for his charge and decided to help the dragon establish the new clan. Sailor was a great asset during the initial fight for territory and his battle skills have made him one of the most highly respected members of the clan.

He's spent a great deal of time solely devoted to clan matters. He was devoted to the point that he neglected his personal life. Before he knew it, most of his children and grandchildren had gone off to serve the Tidelord or just gone off to find their place in the world. Sailor's proud of all of them for being so independent, but he deeply regrets that he never made the time to get to know them before they left.

Sailor decided to step back from doing as much work. He's become focused on being a good mate and a good father to his remaining son, Arcus. He's desperate to impress his rather jaded son and fears it may be too late to repair the connection they barely ever had.

During the last Wavecrest Saturnalia, Sailor entered the Wavecrest Decathalon almost on a whim. He thought it'd be fun, but he also hoped to impress his family. He did decently at almost every event he attempted. Not enough to rank in the top three of the individual events, but he was still happy with his results. He didn't pay much attention to his overall score. (Too distracted by the sight of his family cheering for him.) He was shocked when the overall points were tallied and he was named "Sornieth's Greatest Athlete." He dedicated his win to Koi and Arcus and then tried really hard not to bounce up and down with joy.

The title made him a hero in his clan and he's been receiving attention far and wide. He even has fans now. Sailor's new celebrity status confuses him, but he's trying to take it in stride.
